Hilton Garden Inn Devens Common

Clean and well played out hotel. Service was top notch and met all my needs. Would be 5 stars if the rooms were slightly larger and the restaurant wasn't so expensive for basic service.

Great stay. Very quiet. Has in house restaurant and breakfast in the morning. I have stayed here before and certainly will again. Right next to Army and Marine Corps Reserve base as well. Friendly staff, easy checking and out. Good food pantry for snacks and drinks.

Lovely hotel. Very quiet and clean. I think the manager checked me in…she was very nice and friendly. I was greeted at a Hilton Honors member. The room was clean and a very noticeable & pleasant smell greeted me when I entered. Shopping and a choice of restaurants are a short drive. There’s food and gas close to the hotel (Devens Commons). I had no complaints…would definitely return.

First time visiting this Hilton. I really appreciated how spacious the room was, especially the convenience of having a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The breakfast is not free. It is a buffet style type of breakfast. They also have a restaurant that closes at 9 PM. The only downside during my stay was that the Wi-Fi went out right when I needed it most, and it took a while to get resolved. However, the staff did a great job communicating once it was fixed. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for first-time visitors.

Hotel is under a lot of construction, limiting access. Pool is cold but works. Spa is good. Much of the hotel( lobby, coffee cart, pool) is inaccessible. You have to walk outside at night to go to the pool. Hotel.com not told about construction . It will look nice when it's finished.

My wife and I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in this area. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff member David was very helpful and pleasant. Our room was immaculate and had everything we needed. Bar area was excellent, food and drinks were top notch. Thank you

Sink drain did not work. There was no way to get sink plug to come up and drain sink. Otherwise the room was fantastic

The entire staff was fantastic right from the start. We were here on a snowboarding trip for two days and had 3 rooms. Andrea at check in was very helpful at getting us in and switching one of the rooms. The next day Jessica called me because we accidentally left one of the luggage cart in one of the room. She was polite and courteous. Asked if they could go in, and retrieve it. Breakfast attendant was also very kind and helpful. The property is beautiful but the people here are even better. I wished you had digital tipping available for the housekeepers.
